Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Flaura Essential in Chandigarh, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and managing social media accounts to enhance build brand image on all online platforms.
Key person for strategising and creating content. Builds Influencer content strategy and calendar.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Should be proficient in Video editing and graphic content creation on apps like Canva
A creative mind who can assist in creating content and has a knack for content creation in general (Pictures, Videos, Reels, Stories)
Must have a laptop and should be tech savvy.
Must be proficient in the usage of gadgets and platforms required in the creation and editing of content.
Ability to interpret and analyze social media performance metrics
Expected to understand social media related problems and being able to provide solutions.
Experience with social media advertising is a plus
WORK LOCATION:
Hybrid- With mandatory work from office 3-4 days
