Factory Labourer (Medical/Pharmaceutical)Job Title:Factory Labourer (Medical Manufacturing)

We're seeking a Factory Labourer to join our team involved in the production of medical or pharmaceutical products. As a Factory Labourer, you'll assist in manufacturing processes, ensure cleanliness, and support overall operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Manufacturing Support:

  • Assist in production processes like packaging, labeling, and handling of medical/pharmaceutical products.

  • Operate equipment and machinery as required and under supervision.

  • Cleanliness & Hygiene:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the factory as per regulatory norms.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

  • Material Handling:

  • Handle raw materials, finished goods, and supplies as needed.

  • Ensure proper storage and movement of materials.

  • Safety Compliance:

  • Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

  • Report any safety concerns or incidents.

Requirements:1. Physical Capability:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a factory environment.

  • Attention to Detail:

  • Attention to detail for tasks like labeling, packaging.

  • Compliance:

  • Willingness to follow GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Basic Education:

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Working Conditions:1. Factory Environment: Work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to pharmaceutical/medical products.

  1. Shifts: May involve working in shifts depending on factory operations.
