Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Consultant/Manager to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and design effective analytics solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical skills, hands-on experience with healthcare datasets, and a proven ability to generate actionable insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand key challenges and opportunities.

- Strategize and develop tailored analytics solutions that align with business goals.

- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2. Data Analysis and Insight Generation :

- Conduct detailed analysis using large datasets such as APLD (Anonymous Patient-Level Data), MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology), DRG (Decision Resources Group), or DDD (Defined Daily Dose).

- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex data sources.

- Deliver business-critical insights and recommendations that address key business needs.

3. Requirement Gathering and Strategy :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

- Translate business needs into analytics solutions, focusing on data-driven decision-making.

- Define clear objectives and measurable outcomes for analytics projects.

4. Solution Design and Implementation :

- Develop end-to-end analytics solutions, from initial scoping to implementation and delivery.

- Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to drive efficiency and accuracy in deliverables.

- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with business standards.

5. Reporting and Communication :

- Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and presentations that simplify complex analytics for stakeholders.

- Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and strategy.

Required Skills and Experience :

Hands-On Experience :

- Proven experience working with large healthcare datasets, such as APLD, MMIT, DRG, or DDD.

- Expertise in cleaning, transforming, and analyzing diverse datasets to deliver business value.

Analytical Proficiency :

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques.

- Ability to generate meaningful insights from raw data and translate them into actionable strategies.

Business Acumen :

- Demonstrated ability to align analytics solutions with broader business goals.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its associated datasets.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with database structures and data processing techniques.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics space.
