You need to have knowledge related to GIS or related field, with a thorough technical knowledge of GIS, Digital Twin concept, Spatial Data, Development & Database concepts.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:  Geospatial data analysis – handling and storing geospatial data.Raster & Vector data file handling.Conduct advanced spatial analysis, mapping, and data visualization to enable decision-support and optimize operational performanceStay current with GIS, Digital Twin, cloud, and Io T trends, ensuring adoption of industry best practices and future-ready solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams: data engineers, domain specialists, software developers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goalsOversee data quality, integrity, and update protocols for sustained reliability of spatial digital twin environments.Integrate data from a range of sources (Io T sensors, SCADA, BIM, ERP) into Digital Twin platforms for real-time visualization, analysis, and predictive modelingEducation:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Skills:Troubleshooting the GIS database query as per requirement.Strategic vision, Strong technical and analytical capabilities.Strong reporting and writing abilities.Good communication, able to communicate complex concepts concisely.What you will do:Lead the design and integration of GIS data into digital twin models for critical facilities, including data centersDevelop, implement, and maintain digital twin platforms to visualize, simulate, and optimize facility operations, site selection, and infrastructure management.Integrate real-time and historical geospatial data (from sensors, BIM, SCADA, and Io T systems) for accurate digital representation and dynamic facility management.Conduct advanced spatial analysis and scenario simulation to improve resilience, resource use, sustainability, and risk mitigation (e.g., flood, resource allocation, thermal mapping).Document methodologies, workflows, and standards; train staff in digital twin and GIS best practices.What you bring:Proficiency with GIS platforms (Arc GIS, QGIS), spatial databases, and digital twin environments (e.g., Azure Digital Twins, Siemens, Unreal Engine, Omniverse)Strong expertise in geospatial data capture, visualization, and real-time monitoring for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure.Experience with handling Net CDF files,.tiff files,.shp files, geojson files.Experience in GIS Developer role, QGIS, Arc GIS, Arc Py, Python.Fluent in any one of the programming language e.g., Python/R/MATLAB.A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.A self-motivator and a collaborative team player.Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary.Agile, action oriented and a quick learner.Out of box thinker.Why Join UsShape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform .Work with a small, mission-driven team obsessed with impact.An aggressive growth path.A chance to leave your mark at the intersection of AI, design, and sustainability .
