Greetings from TCS TCS is Hiring For ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst/ ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant Experience : 8-12 years Location : Bangalore NP : Immediate to 60 days Technical Comptency Experience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Employee Service Management) applications, including: HR Case Management HR Knowledge Management Employee Service Center (Portal) Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events) Employee Document Management Performance Analytics for HR Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experience Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
