Responsibilities:1) Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technicalteams, to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and success criteria.2) Analyze complex business problems, processes, and workflows within the CFS domain, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.3) Define and document detailed functional specifications, business rules, and use cases to guide development and implementation efforts.4) Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends relevant to the CFS sector.5) Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions, providing clarification and guidance as needed.6) Perform impact analysis on proposed changes, assess potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.7) Support project managers in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management, providing insights into potential roadblocks and suggesting solutions.8) Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating technical jargon into understandable terms for business stakeholders.9) Contribute to post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of projects and gather feedback for continuous improvement.10) Stay updated with advancements in technology, industry best practices, and regulatory changes that impact the CFS - Logistics sector.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology. Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.- Proven experience (6-10 years) as a Business Analyst in the CFS-Logistics sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry processes, regulations, and trends.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying creative and innovative solutions.- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
