Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Designer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and video editing. As a key member of our creative team, you will contribute to the design and development of high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms. This is a work-from-office position where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand vision and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:  Create engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for digital and print media, including website graphics, marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and brochures.
  • UI/UX Design:  Use Figma to design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and create prototypes for user testing.
  • Video Editing:  Edit video content for promotional materials, advertisements, social media, and internal use. Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce high-quality, dynamic videos.
  • Brand Consistency:  Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative materials, ensuring consistency in design aesthetics and messaging.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project goals and contribute design ideas that enhance the user experience and meet business objectives.
  • Creative Problem-Solving:  Assist in developing creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, from ideation through to execution, keeping in mind client requirements and target audience needs.
  • Adaptability:  Be able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience:  At least 1 years of experience as a Designer with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Design Skills:  Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability in both graphic design and UI/UX design. Video editing experience with a focus on storytelling, motion graphics, and post-production editing.
  • Attention to Detail:  A keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Communication:  Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Creativity:  Ability to think creatively and problem-solve, offering innovative design solutions that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaboration:  Comfortable working in a team environment, taking feedback, and adjusting designs based on collaborative input.
  • Time Management:  Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
