Hiring for Remittance Business Analyst

  • Experience: 5-10 years

  • Location: Navi Mumbai

  • CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and define payment and compliance workflows for remittance-related initiatives

  • Analyze end-to-end remittance flows and support integration with correspondent banks and payment aggregators

  • Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and Data Flow Diagrams

  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements

  • Participate in testing and validate product features

Required Skills & Experience

  • Business Analysis Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or payment domains

  • Remittance Processes: Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border remittance processes

  • Compliance: Familiarity with compliance topics like AML screening and KYC

  • Technical Skills: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL

  • Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
