OverviewZencon Group is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to lead a modernization initiative for our legal client. The consultant will design and implement a secure, scalable SharePoint Online environment, migrate existing case-related documents from legacy network drives, and configure seamless integration with the LegalServer case management platform.Responsibilities- Conduct a full discovery and planning assessment of client’s legacy file storage and data structure.- Identify, categorize, and prepare eligible case files for migration (pending or closed after Jan 1, 2023).- Design and configure SharePoint Online architecture, metadata schema, and permissions aligned with client’s office and practice group structure.- Implement LegalServer–SharePoint integration, enabling automated document access and metadata synchronization.- Execute data migration using third-party tools (e.g., ShareGate, Mover, or AvePoint).- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform up to two refinement iterations.- Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and system documentation for end users and administrators.- Conduct virtual training sessions and provide post-go-live technical support.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, compliance, and knowledge
