Basic Qualifications

  • Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, national brand-building ideas and executions


Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy for design and all creative collateral by building a uniform tone of the design
  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverablesBuild & implement brand identity aspects (aesthetic, colour, tone, voice) to create a lasting impression on consumers and other stakeholders.
  • Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral
  • Conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the team to develop innovative and actionable creative solutions to business challenges
  • Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements for a project are properly aligned with the creative vision and brand guidelines
  • Plan and allocate resources for priority projects
  • Team Leadership – manage and motivate the team towards fulfilment of self and company objectives along with day-to-day tracking of ongoing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of agency experience
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print
  • Experience managing individuals and teams of people. Collaborative and team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work internally and with clients
  • Can work without a partner, if required
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills for effective communication with clients, internal staff and management
