Cympl Studio is looking for a passionate and experienced Unity Developer to join our team, who would love to make aspiring casual games and work closely with the Top Hybridcasual Publishers.

In this role, you will be crucial in shaping our games and helping us expand our portfolio into the exciting world of puzzle games. If you are passionate about creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in game development with Unity, preferred mobile games
  • Experience working in Unity 5.x or higher
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  • Familiarity with mobile development platforms (iOS and Android)
  • Familiarity with working in a scrum/agile environment
  • Experience working on one or more hybrid puzzle games from scratch to release.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in remote settings

Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Unity development
  • Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with Unity Engine, Unity UI
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in optimizing for mobile games

Soft Skills:

  • Effective Communication and Collaboration
  • Problem-solving and strategy thinking
  • Passionate and Self-Motivated in Game Development
  • Creative thinking

Role Responsibilities:

  • Designing, coding, and modifying the company's existing and future Unity games.
  • Making sure the games maintain excellent performance and a great user experience.
  • Learning, researching, and implementing new technologies and SDKs related to the games.
  • Working closely and collaborating with cross-functional teams and managers.
