Job Description:

Seeking Lead/Senior Lead Developers for the Gen AI Team. Candidates should have experience with AI technologies, containerization tools, and Gen AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompting techniques & API Development using FastAPI.

Responsibilities include leading Python software development, ensuring code quality, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of Python-based software solutions for Gen AI applications.- Integrate Python components with AI algorithms, machine learning models, and Gen AI frameworks.- Develop and implement basic RAG techniques and effective prompting strategies.- Streamline deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines.- Design and develop backend systems and APIs to support Gen AI applications using FastAPI framework.- Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms and scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Strong proficiency in Python programming language (e.g., Django, Flask).- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Understanding of software development best practices and testing.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience in backend development and API integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts, FastAPI, RAG techniques, and prompting methodologies.- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).- Certification in Python programming or related areas.
