  • Project Description:
  • We've been engaged by a large Australian financial institution to provide resources to their upcoming Murex Binary Upgrade project.
  • This Bank is considering moving from Current Murex version 42 to latest higher version ( V56 or 58) to include changes Majorly impacting the Collateral / Market Risk / Credit Risk/ Ops and settlement functionalities and modules.
  • There are also some impacts in MX technical areas, Reporting, and EODs.
  • We require an experienced CICD Platform testers who have worked on cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) supporting Murex.
  • Responsibilities:
  • • Increase the coverage of CICD pipeline to develop/ maintain cloud-based infrastructure supporting Murex.
  • • Write a framework and a library of consistency checks and tests to increase the reliability of our cloud stack
  • • Deliver cloud & DevOps solutions to client
  • • Migrate and Support on-premise Murex setup to cloud setup (Dev, Int, Prod, DR)
  • • Enable Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Testing
  • • Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various deliverables
  • • Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
  • • Expectation is the work will consist of 50% support (L1 to L3) and 50% technical change to optimize and automate (DevOps / AWS) the SKY & Murex capital markets platform.
  • Mandatory Skills Description:
  • • 6-8 years of relevant industry experience in AWS Cloud/Python
  • • AWS solution architect or comparable certification level
  • • Proven experience building test automation suites on AWS
  • • Python and in particular Selenium and the AWS CDK framework
  • • Knowledge of Linux Redhat
  • • Exposure to test frameworks like JEST and Pytest
  • • Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter
  • • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
  • - Windows support is highly valued.
  • - Exposure to state-of-the-art DevOps/Cloud Tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, Sonarqube, Checkmarx, Owasp, Junit)
