As the Content Writer at Impactrix Ad Agency, you'll leverage your expertise to craft compelling content strategies tailored to diverse digital platforms. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, you'll lead by example, driving engagement and aligning content efforts with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead content strategy development in alignment with client objectives and agency goals.
  • Initiate and lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign concepts targeting specific audiences.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and refine strategies for optimal impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all long-form content aligns with SEO best practices and engagement objectives.
  • Spearhead the creation of captivating and high-converting content across various digital platforms, demonstrating creativity and expertise in content creation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in content creation within a digital marketing agency or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful content strategies and campaigns demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills for team management and collaboration across departments.
  • Proficient in data analysis with a strategic mindset towards content development.
  • Understanding of maintaining brand identity and consistency across various content formats.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is advantageous.
