Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Nelson Business School. The Branch Manager will be primarily responsible for driving sales, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The role includes overseeing daily operations, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Enrollment Target Achievement:

Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollments, achieving both short-term and long-term targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, convert prospects, and increase brand awareness.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team, ensuring high levels of performance and job satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary training and development to branch staff.

Branch Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of administrative functions, student admissions, and other operational processes.
