You ll attractcandidates screen them and match them to appropriate positions.This generally includes positions in places such as hotelsrestaurants and resorts. Creating recruiting strategies andbuilding relationships are crucial duties aswell.

Recruitment consultants have theskills of salespeople and headhunters. They possess sound judgmentand communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and acollaborative spirit we want to meetyou.

AREAOF RESPONSIBILITIES *

Youwill be responsible for assisting with recruiting activities tofulfill the requirements of our property in the context ofworkspace and hospitality. As a hospitality recruiter yourresponsibilities include reviewing resume and applicationinformation for job applicants in required job roles. You may alsobe required to hunt for recruitment agencies to hire the bluecollar team work with the hiring manager to create recruitingstrategy for finding the right talent coordinate interview timescomplete background and reference checksetc.

Youll ensure that best practicesare followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitableworking environment is attained for its employees and theiractivities.

FINDINGTALENT

  • Understandingof sourcing through databases and social media speciallyLinkedIn.
  • Headhunting identifyingand approaching suitable candidates who may already be inwork
  • Craft recruiting emails toattract passive candidates
  • Knowledgeof employer brandingtechniques.

ATTRACTINGTALENT

  • Creatingrecruiting strategies to attractcandidates
  • Sales/Customer serviceskills to create and post job advertisements on social mediawebsite newspapersetc.

CLIENTMANAGEMENT

  • Usingsales business development marketing techniques and networking toattract business from clientcompanies
  • Evaluate resumes andapplications and matching them with vacancies at clientcompanies.
  • Collaborate with clientsto identify future hiringneeds

HIRINGTALENT

  • Experienceusing applicant tracking and recruitment marketingsoftware.
  • Assessing screeningapplications and resumes
  • Interviewcandidates (via phone video andinperson)
  • Preparing CVs andcorrespondence to forward to clients regarding suitableapplicants.
  • Requesting referencesand checking the suitability of applicants before submitting theirdetails to the client
  • Organizinginterviews for candidates as requested by the client and finallycreating a shortlist of candidates for theclients.
  • Send job offer emails andanswer queries about responsibilities compensation andbenefits
  • Negotiating salary andother arrangements with client andcandidate.
  • Offering advice to bothclients and candidates on pay rates agreements training and careerprogression
  • Building long termrelationships with clients andcandidates.
  • Reviewing recruitmentpolicies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques andrecruitmentprogramme.

Requirements Qualifications:
  • Yearsof Relevant Experience 1 Years of proven experience inrecruiting for Technical & NonTechnicalRoles.
  • Education &Work experience ** Relevant degree in HR Management.Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Experienced in sourcingtechniques & Work experience in a Hospitality/Hotel sectorswill be preferred.
  • Softwareand Applications Tech savvy with outstanding knowledge ofMS Office; HRIS / HRMS (e.g. Zoho) ATS TicketingSystem.
  • Qualities& Capabilities
    • Solid organization timemanagement prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex variedworkload.
    • Excellent communication(verbal & written in English & Hindi) interpersonaland consulting skills
    • Soundjudgement to recognize and strive to meet hiringneeds.
    • Ability to meet targets anddeadlines.
    • Confident pleasantpersonality ambitious self motivated organized with leadership andmanagement skills.
    • Commercialawareness.
