About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth financial operations of our business. The candidate should be well-versed with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and have prior experience in managing accounts in a manufacturing or trading setup.


Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain all financial transactions in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Expenses).

Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes.

Maintain cash book, bank book, and reconcile bank statements.

Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Maintain inventory records in coordination with production and dispatch teams.

Track accounts payable and receivable, follow up with debtors and creditors.

Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.

Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for finalization of accounts.

Maintain proper filing of bills, challans, and supporting documents.

Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher.

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, Word.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation matters.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualities:

Experience in manufacturing/trading industry accounts.

Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, dispatch).

Proactive approach in managing accounts and payments.
