Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Service Associate at Villa Maya, located in Trivandrum. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with the dining experience, ensuring the cleanliness and arrangement of the dining area, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff, managing reservations, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests.

  • Experience in taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and arrangement of the dining area
  • Skills in handling customer inquiries and managing reservations
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
