About Us: At NoBroker, we are redefining the real estate landscape by offering premium real estate solutions directly to HNI and UHNI clients. Our luxury sales team focuses on high-end properties, including luxury apartments, villas, and row houses. We’re looking to extend our reach within the doctors' community and require a candidate who can leverage their connections and experience to meet the unique needs of medical professionals.

Role Summary: We seek a dynamic, goal-driven professional with a background as a Medical Representative or similar experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the doctors' community and a strong sales or business development orientation. This role will be responsible for tapping into the doctors' network, participating in doctor-related events, and offering curated real estate services for luxury residential needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a targeted strategy to connect with doctors interested in high-end real estate investments.- Utilize existing relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to generate leads and grow the luxury property portfolio.- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in doctor-related events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to expand reach within the medical community.- Provide tailored real estate solutions to doctors seeking luxury apartments, villas, or high-end residential properties.- Work closely with the sales team to convert high-potential leads and meet defined sales targets.- Stay updated on market trends, luxury property offerings, and healthcare industry events to maximize engagement.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a role with established connections within the doctors' community.- Proven sales or business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong network and familiarity with doctor-related events, healthcare conferences, or similar industry networking opportunities.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of the luxury real estate market is a plus but not mandatory.
