Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects to develop initial design concepts and layouts.
Transform design concepts into detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, encompassing floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, making necessary adjustments to secure approvals.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into drawings, resolving any design conflicts.
