We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dev Ops/Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in infrastructure automation, Terraform, and cloud platform management, with a strong Dev Ops mindset focused on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.You will play a key role in designing and automating infrastructure, optimizing deployment processes, and driving collaboration between development and operations teams.As a proactive team player, you will:Maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure.Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia C) and automation best practices using Terraform.Work autonomously while engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust platform solutions.Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring system efficiency and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure: Manage AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Batch, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, Dynamo DB, etc.) and optimize resource utilization.Infrastructure as Code: Design, develop, and maintain Terraform-based automation with advanced concepts such as Terraform Functions, State Management Tweaks, Loops and Dynamic Blocks, and Reusable Modules.Automation & Image Management: Utilize Packer for Docker image creation and automation workflows.CI/CD: Design, implement, and manage pipelines using Git Lab to automate builds, tests, and deployments.Linux Administration: Perform Linux system administration tasks and develop Bash scripts for automation and system management.Collaboration: Partner with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into production environments.Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability through autoscaling, optimized compute sizing, and proactive alerting.Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard infrastructure and data.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting Dev Ops culture and best practices.Platform Engineering: Enhance and support platform capabilities to meet evolving business requirements.Project Ownership: Take full ownership of infrastructure projects from design through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 8+ years in Dev Ops, AWS Security Engineering, or related roles.Terraform Expertise: Hands-on experience with advanced Terraform usage, including Functions, State Management Tweaks, Loops, Dynamic Blocks, and Reusable Modules.Linux & Scripting: Strong background in Linux administration and Bash scripting.Packer Experience: Proficiency with Packer for Docker image creation and environment provisioning.AWS Proficiency: Deep hands-on expertise with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Batch, API Gateway, Step Functions, Cloud Watch, Security Groups, SNS, SQS, RDS, etc.).CI/CD Frameworks: Strong understanding of test-driven CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab or equivalent tools.Scripting Languages: Skilled in Python, Bash, and Power Shell.Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, Cloud Watch, and similar monitoring/logging tools.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; capable of independent ownership and delivery.Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
