APPLICATION SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCEShopify Frontend & Backend development experience with strong focus on frontend.At least1 year experience in Shopify theme development and customization.Expert in Liquid, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 CSS, AJAX, JSON, ReactJS and DOMKnowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, Metafields, Shopify's theming system and Liquid templatingStrong understanding of responsive web design techniques and cross browser compatibility.Knowledge of Shopify best practices as well as good knowledge of Shopify CMSExperience implementing and debugging 3rd party Shopify appsExperience with Page speed optimization, SEO and CROExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environmentResponsible for Incident Management, Service request management, Problem management and enhancements for their respective brandsResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issuesFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customersWork on creating SOP's for incidents / requests that can be resolved by L1 team driving up First call resolutionEnsure Resolution notes are properly captured in JiraEnsure comments from End users on a ticket are timely addressedEnsure Resolution SLA's based on priority of the tickets are metEnsure work executed on enhancements are performed in a truly agile fashionEnsure coding standards are followed and code is supported through at least 80% Unit test coverageEnsure code developed passes all checks from SONAR or relevant toolsENHANCEMENTSParticipate in Sprint planning and Grooming sessionsWork with BA's to story point during refinementDevelop code based on Acceptance criteria documented and signed off during refinementEnsure >
