Role Description
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for:
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and managing the offer process.
Carrying out initial screening, evaluating both technical and behavioral competencies. to assess candidates' alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit.
Working independently on niche technology roles, using innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications
Proven work experience of 4+ years as an IT Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry
Bachelors degree with MBA or relevant specialization in IT preferred
Knowledge of IT skills, trends, and terminologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with social media and professional networks
