Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis. Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management. Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware. Experience in NAS/S3 Solutions. Experience on Virtualization. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment. ITIL Awareness. Preferred Skills Any SAN/NAS storage certification. Experience in Unix/Linux. Exposure on Virtualization. Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS. Soft Skills Must have good troubleshooting skills. Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills. Must be a Team Player. Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
