Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Ensure the security and integrity of our network by implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and access controls.
Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls.
Implement and manage wireless network infrastructure, including wireless access points and controllers.
Configure and manage remote access VPN services.
Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions.
Configure and manage F5 Load Balancers (LTM & DNS).
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues using tools such as SolarWinds and ManageEngine.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that network infrastructure meets the needs of the business.
Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and best practices.
Implement and manage network security policies and procedures, including threat intelligence and incident response.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on network data and security.
Hands-on experience with network data, network security, network wireless, and remote access VPN services.
Knowledge of SD-WAN products, F5 Load Balancers (LTM & DNS), and SolarWinds and ManageEngine tools.
Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
Experience with network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and access controls.
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of network security concepts, including threat intelligence, incident response, and security information and event management (SIEM).
Experience with network security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
