Role: Founder's Office – Product GeneralistWe're looking for a sharp, driven generalist to work directly with the founder, focused exclusively on Product execution . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving real user problems, and wants to work at the heart of product-building in a fast-paced environment. You'll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we get it into users' hands.What You'll DoWork closely with the founder to shape product priorities and roadmapTranslate user feedback into clear problem statements and actionable product ideasDrive execution by coordinating with design, engineering, and QAOwn internal product documentation, specs, and user flowsBenchmark competitors and track feature usage to inform product decisionsJump into anything that moves the needle — from Figma wireframes to sprint testingBe a thought partner on product strategy, and a relentless doer on executionYou're a Fit If YouAre deeply curious about how products get built and adoptedThink in systems but act with speed and clarityCan take ambiguous ideas and turn them into structured tasks and outcomesAre a great communicator who can work cross-functionally with tech, design, and leadershipHave a bias for action and figure things out without waiting for perfect specsAre energized by working closely with the founder in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environmentExperience (What Matters to Us)You've worked on product or operations in a high-speed, iterative setting — whether at a startup, through a side project, or something you built yourselfComfortable working without a lot of structure, and can adapt quickly as things changeBonus: familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Jira, Mixpanel — but not a mustWe don't care about your degree or pedigree — we care if you can think clearly, move fast, and make things happenHow to ApplyTo apply, complete the assessment below.
