JD :

- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrade (patching) of Teamcenter server and client components with CAD Integrations.

- Responsible for installation, maintenance, and support of custom components and their integrations with Teamcenter Unified Architecture at server and client levels.

- Assist users in troubleshooting TC Server, Active Workspace, ETS-related issues, and coordinate product issues with Siemens GTAC, resolving trouble tickets.

- Coordinate and deploy new software and custom package releases, incorporating DevOps skills such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD), and automation for streamlined processes.

- Analyse and maintain PLM system performance, implementing efficiency initiatives through knowledge management and system administration automation.

- Assist in training and supporting users of the PLM system, resolving day-to-day issues within the Teamcenter environment.

- Integrate CAD, non-CAD, and PLM data, validating and verifying data integrity, and troubleshoot databases like Oracle and MSSQL.

- Collaborate with the IT department and vendor support to resolve technical issues with servers, software, ensuring compliance with industry standards in processes and procedures.

- Advise on software and process tools to improve productivity or fill gaps within the role as a PLM Administrator.

- Participate in the development and maintenance of operating procedures and best practices, authoring company standards, procedures, best-practices guides, and reference manuals.

- Prepare configuration status reports and other traceability records, driving efficiency initiatives including knowledge management, system administration automation, and effective documentation.

- Author, review, and maintain system (and user) documentation to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base.

Skills and Qualification :

- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in managing and administering Siemens PLM environments.

- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter products, including latest Unified Architecture, Organization, Multisite, NX Integration, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, Project, Query Builder, Dispatcher etc.

- Working experience in Windows and Linux Operating systems.

- Knowledge of ITKs, Custom Services and other areas of PLM domain.

- Experience with BMIDE, TEM, Deployment Center, Active Workspace, and Web Servers like JBoss and Tomcat.

- Proficiency in supporting multiple environments like Development, Testing etc.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge and experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JIRA.

- Knowledge of Batch Scripting, Shell Scripting, etc.

- Preferably, familiarity with project methodologies such as SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile.
