Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with office members.2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for channel partners.3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries4. Maintain an organized filing system and soft e-copies/ documents.5. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.6. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and membersMINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE1. Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Events or Related Services, Recently Graduated in any stream from reputed university.2. Proficiency in operating Computer and related tasks, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company specific program and tools.3. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.4. Strong organizational, project management and problem solving with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.5.
