Position Summary:
SELIN Club is seeking a dynamic Assistant Relationship Manager to enhance our organizational efficiency and foster business growth. This role is pivotal in coordinating schedules, ensuring the seamless alignment of commitments, and engaging in business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and align internal and external commitments to ensure seamless operation of the executive calendar.
• Facilitate the logistics of appointments and engagements without direct oversight, ensuring all involved parties are well-prepared and informed.
• Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts and prioritize crucial engagements to optimize time management.
• Participate actively in business development activities including identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and engaging with potential partners.
• Maintain a professional rapport and serve as a point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partners.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute materials necessary for appointments and other strategic interactions.
• Follow-up on action items from interactions to ensure timely progression and resolution of tasks.
• Support the management team in maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling software.
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and strategically.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
