MOTOR (Legacy) CLAIMS SERVICE CONSULTANT – CUSTOMER & OPERATIONS – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS Multiple positions available. 4-6 weeks of hybrid training. Hybrid working environment. About the role Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls. Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner. Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers. Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues. About you High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claim’s environment. Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.  Please note there may be delays in response from 22nd December to 5th January 2026.
