We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java/Groovy Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java and Groovy, with a specific focus on Grails.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Java and Groovy applications, with a focus on Grails framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code to ensure performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance development processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java/Groovy Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on development experience.
- Solid understanding of Java and Groovy programming languages.
- Experience with the Grails framework is essential.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. (ref:hirist.tech)
