Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our innovative team at the Tech Horizon IT branch in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Production & Deployment of AI/ML models. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and healthcare, contributing to projects that have a real-world impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-based solutions for pharmaceutical testing and pharmacovigilance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI/ML use cases within the company's operations and product offerings.

- Build, train, and deploy scalable AI/ML models into production systems to optimize testing and analysis processes.

- Perform data analysis and preprocessing to prepare data for machine learning model development.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing models to increase accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models into production environments.

- Document work processes, results, and models for internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML techniques and technologies to continuously improve the company's offerings.

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with extensive experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments and maintaining them.

- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

- Experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical domains is required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or advanced predictive modeling techniques.

- Prior exposure to pharmacovigilance or related industries is a plus.
