Job Title: ERP Coordinator
Department: IT
Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Salary Range: 3.0 LPA - 3.5 LPA
Experience: 1-2 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. System Support :
o Provide assistance to end-users in navigating and utilizing the ERP system.
o Address user queries and troubleshoot basic issues related to system functionality.
2. Data Entry and Maintenance :
o Input and update data into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
o Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
3. Documentation :
o Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and user guides related to the ERP system.
o Maintain updated documentation to facilitate smooth system usage.
4. System Testing :
o Assist in testing new features, modules, or updates within the ERP system.
o Report any bugs or issues encountered during testing to the relevant team members.
5. Communication :
o Serve as a liaison between end-users and IT/ERP support teams.
o Relay user feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
6. Continuous Learning :
o Stay updated on new features, functionalities, and best practices related to the ERP system.
o Continuously improve knowledge and skills through self-learning and training opportunities.
7. Process Improvement :
o Identify areas for process improvement within the ERP system usage.
o Propose suggestions for optimizing workflows and enhancing system efficiency.
8. Collaboration :
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ERP system usage with organizational goals.
o Participate in meetings and discussions related to ERP system enhancements or
modifications.
9. Ad-hoc Tasks :
o Assist in miscellaneous tasks related to ERP system administration and support as assigned by supervisors.
o Help in the coordination of the ERP development process.
10. Productivity Enhancement :
o Assist team members in improving productivity and data analysis through the development of programmed datasheets, documents, and presentations.
o Implement process automation and data collections using Microsoft Power Platforms and other tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
