Travel Percentage :0% TA Policy and ProceduresFacilitate the update and implementation of TA Policies and ProceduresCreate comprehensive standardized procedures to meet business needs as per agreed methodologyResponsibility for ongoing review and maintenance of allocated proceduresWork with Management Team to ensure business needs are being metTA CommunicationsProduction of effective communications to support the TA business needsResponsible for maintenance and development of communication vehicles i.e. SharePointParticipation in and facilitation of communication forumsEffective communication of new or updated Policies and Procedures to impacted business unitsClient Facing DocumentationParticipation in document content initiatives and delivery process management of post-sale Client facing materials inclusive, but not limited to:
content, look & feel,
version control, appropriate sign offs, production and method of delivery to ClientsParticipation and/ or lead review of materials to meet business demands
Project SupportParticipate in regulatory, strategic and tactical projects as required to support team`s deliverablesOngoing related responsibilities:Manage Email/VoicemailParticipate in team/division meetingsFacilitate team meetingsPlan, schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectivesAbility to exercise independent judgment consistent with department and corporate guidelinesREQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING:Degree or equivalent, highly proficient in written and spoken English
EXPERIENCE:Required:Minimum three years business experienceMinimum two years participating in or managing small – medium initiativesProven experience of business documentation creationStrong PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office productsAbility to interact with and lead teams in a multi-site and cross-functional environmentStrong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasksAnalytical, organizational, and administrative skillsStrong decision making and customer service focusStrong attention to details and qualityAbility to take initiative and work under pressure in a changing/growing environmentStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenFluent in written & spoken EnglishPrivacy Statement
