Job Description :

Overall Responsibilities:The Tableau Server Administrator will be responsible for the administration of Tableau Server and providing support to the BI Tools team with user management and RBO licensing.

Software Requirements:Tableau ServerTableau DesktopLogin Based License Management

Category-wise Technical Skills:User management & AdministrationOverview of Python

Day-to-Day Activities:Administering Tableau Server, including installation, configuration, and maintenanceManaging user access, permissions, and security settingsProviding support to the BI Tools team with RBO licensingTroubleshooting and resolving Tableau Server issuesCollaborating with the IT and BI teams to ensure smooth operation of Tableau ServerMonitoring server performance and capacity planningConducting regular server backups and ensuring disaster recovery processes are in placeProviding technical support and training to Tableau users

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldTableau Server certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:Strong business communication skillsAnalytical thinking and thought leadershipExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
