Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring strict compliance with all financial regulations. This role is critical for driving our financial strategy, managing risk, and providing the insights needed to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals. Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership. Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings. Oversee internal and external audits and implement robust internal controls.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flow, optimize working capital, and maintain strong relationships with banking partners. Oversee fund management, including payables, receivables, and disbursements.
• Cost Control: Monitor operational costs across all departments, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with department heads, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strongly preferred. Candidates with an MBA in Finance or equivalent will also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a senior finance role. Experience in the import/export, FMCG, or logistics industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and corporate tax laws.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems (experience with REBS is an advantage), and advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
