Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact seamlessly with executives and stakeholders. Experienced in event coordination, which involves planning and organizing corporate events and meetings with precision. Expertise in expense reporting to track and manage travel expenses with accuracy and attention to detail. Calendar management (Mandatory skill) is essential, ensuring executives' schedules are organized and up-to-date for optimal time management. Travel arrangements (Mandatory skill) require efficiency in booking flights, accommodations, and logistics for business trips. Document preparation (Mandatory skill) involves drafting, editing, and organizing high-quality professional documents promptly. Roles and Responsibilities Manage executive schedules, organize meetings, and ensure effective time management for top-level executives. Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries. Prepare, edit, and format various types of documents, reports, and presentations accurately and reliably. Facilitate communication between executives, stakeholders, and other departments to maintain seamless workflow. Organize and coordinate executive meetings, ensuring all necessary information and logistics are in place. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity to maintain the privacy and security of sensitive data. Track and report expenses for the executive team, ensuring all expenditures are documented and reconciled. Assist in project management tasks, keeping track of project milestones and assisting with timelines and deliverables.
