We are looking for a candidate with expertise in Software Development-Backend to join our

research & development team.


Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Backend Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in Python to join our growing team. If you have a passion for backend development and are eager to explore machine learning and AI, this role offers the perfect opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking team working on groundbreaking machine learning models.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs to support machine learning applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into production.
  • Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure to deploy machine learning pipelines and APIs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable architectures for data processing and model deployment.
  • Debug and troubleshoot backend-related issues and ensure the smooth operation of deployed applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in backend development and AI.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
  • Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.


Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore/ WFO - 5 Days a week

Salary - Industry standard with ESOP
