Job title:- Sourcing and Merchandise Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support our product development and production goals.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging sourcing opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, preferably within the fashion/apparel industry.
Deep expertise and extensive network within the global Apparel industry .
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sourcing software/tools.
