A team player with integrity and values.Key Responsibilities:● Understand ESSC’s Core Values, Vision, and Goals.● Foster an understanding of your role’s importance in the growth of the company.● Keep your peers motivated and maintain high morale to encourage a friendly and open environment.● Follow ESSC protocols with respect to processes- briefing documents, daily updates, agenda’s etc.● Ensure adherence to ESSC’s policies and good practices.● Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms.● Research and shortlist influencers that align with brand goals and campaign needs.● Liaise with influencers or their managers to organize deliverables, schedules, and approvals.● Monitor campaign metrics and compile post-campaign performance reports.● Keep up with the latest trends, emerging platforms, and creative approaches within influencer marketing.● Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy.Requirements● Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.● Attention to Detail: Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.● Proactive & Adaptable: Excited to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer● Direct involvement in live campaigns and real-world projects.● Exposure to recognized brands and influential creators.● A collaborative, energetic workplace where new ideas are encouraged and growth is supported.Santacruz West9:30am - 6:30pmMon - Fri (Last Saturdays working)
