Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative, out-of-the-box thinker to join our Marketing team as a
Graphic Designer. This role is pivotal in crafting visuals that communicate our brand message
across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, event marketing, branding,
website UI/UX, and marketing collateral. You’ll have the opportunity to bring unique ideas to life,
solve complex visual challenges, and make an impact on our brand presence and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
● Social Media & Digital Marketing: Design compelling graphics for social media
platforms and digital ads that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Email Marketing: Create visually engaging email templates and graphics that enhance
our email marketing efforts and drive engagement.
● Event Marketing: Design materials for event marketing, including banners, posters,
booth displays, and other promotional assets.
● Branding & Visual Identity: Contribute to the development of OneOrigin’s brand
identity by creating assets that reinforce our brand story.
● Website UI/UX: Collaborate with the web design team to develop user-friendly, visually
cohesive, and innovative website designs.
● Marketing Materials: Design print and digital assets such as brochures, case studies,
and presentations for internal and external use.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
● 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of
digital and print work
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other
design tools
● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
● Creativity and Innovation: A strong ability to think creatively, solve problems, and bring
unique ideas to life
● Independence and Positive Mindset: Ability to work autonomously with a proactive
approach, and a collaborative, positive attitude
● Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Willingness to push boundaries and experiment with fresh,
innovative designs
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with animation and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
● Experience working within a tech-focused environment or with a product company
