About Us:
Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cook/Chef who is skilled in North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintaining hygiene, and delivering high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes including North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Plan menus and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and assist in procurement.
  • Ability to cook for small and large groups as per requirement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook/chef (multi-cuisine).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage kitchen duties.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or corporate kitchens preferred.
