Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead the implementation, customization, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules, configuration, and integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure SAP solutions, and provide ongoing support and consultation.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation and Configuration :

- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including system setup, configuration, and customization.

- Configure SAP modules and functionalities to meet client requirements and business processes.

Integration and Data Migration :

- Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4HANA and other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

- Lead data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to migrate data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

Custom Development and Enhancement :

- Develop and customize SAP S/4HANA applications and reports using ABAP programming language.

- Enhance standard SAP functionalities to meet specific business needs and requirements.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.

Training and Knowledge Transfer :

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.

- Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support end-user adoption and system usage.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA systems, addressing user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.

- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure system stability and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and/or Production Planning (PP).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, conversion, and upgrade projects.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
