Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Manager at Bijan Ads & Films P Ltd, located in Ghaziabad. The Back Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing back office operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Qualifications
- Min 5 Year experience in Back Office Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Finance and financial processes
- Expertise in Office Administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
