Job Description

Candidate Screen: Assess and interview candidates to find the perfect fit for our dynamic team.Strategy Guru: Collaborate with managers to craft winning recruitment plans.Brand Ambassador: Showcase why Yocket is the place to be through employer branding efforts.Offer Maestro: Finalize offers and welcome new stars on boardTalent Hunt: Use your creativity to attract top-tier candidates through social media, job boards, and events.

RequirementsDegree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.Talent Spotter: Proven experience in talent acquisition.People Person: Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.Innovation Junkie: Always exploring fresh ways to discover top talent.Multitasking Whiz: Organized and resourceful to handle multiple projects.
