About the team and role - Executive - Internal Audit
The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day internal audit activities for the Company and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Company’s internal control environment and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
To assist in the Internal Audit operations:
- Planning of Internal Audits.
- Taking up independent audits under the guidance of senior team members and the HIA.
- Liasoning with auditee functions/ teams to ensure smooth conduct and timely completion of the Audits.
- Providing regular update to the HIA on the progress of work and any challenges requiring attention and intervention.
To be part of all audit related discussions and maintain adequate MOMs detailing actionable and responsibilities.
Compliance with audit observations and ATR closure:
- Maintaining and Updation of a tracker for all audit observations.
- Regular sight and follow up to ensure the closure of ATRs as per committed timelines
Assisting in any other activity(ies) as may be required.
Required Skills
- CA qualified / MBA from premier institutions with 0 - 2 years experience in internal audit, preferably for NBFC / FI.
- Possess good oral, written communication, and interaction skills.
- Be ambitious and passionate and ability to work effectively under pressure.
