Job Overview: The Assistant Manager for PMS (Portfolio Management Services) Dealer will support the management and operations of the PMS department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality investment services to clients. This role involves collaborating with the team to enhance client relationships, oversee portfolio performance, and assist in strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Allocate clients' funds for trades as per fund managers' instructions, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Perform monthly analysis of client portfolio performance to monitor returns and assess portfolio health. Advise fund manager on additional fund requirements based on portfolio analysis and performance insights. Hands on experience on Order Management Systems (OMS) for accurate order execution, trade tracking, and reconciliation. Procient in managing trade ows, client orders, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Manage trade execution with brokers, advise on execution of trades including stock liquidity, volume participation, and other factors to achieve the best possible prices and eective trade outcomes. Assist client with due diligence for Foreign investors and Wealth Managers, manage data requirements related to portfolio fundamentals. Conduct data analytics to support presentations and provide insights. Manage client fund allocation by ensuring trades do not involve restricted securities, sectors, or any regulatory restrictions. Assist with post-trade inquiries and provide recommendations to the operations department. During client onboarding, also verify through internet data whether clients hold directorial positions in any listed securities. Before trade allocation, conduct
