Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Noida (On-site)
Company: Ono Creators
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage performance campaigns to achieve KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, ROAS).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative & content teams to ensure impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, analytics, and remarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
