The Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, leading technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for Salesforce projects.

- Manage projects of varying sizes, acting as a technical lead for small, medium, and large initiatives.

- Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements, costs, and resource needs.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring they meet design goals.

- Participate in application architecture planning, including framework design, to optimize solution efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.

- Lead the development of high-level system narratives, storyboards, and user interface prototypes.

- Create detailed design specifications to achieve business requirements and guide the technical team.

- Develop system test plans, ensure software quality, and validate that business goals are met.

- Craft detailed project estimates, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

- Develop applications that adhere to coding standards and quality guidelines.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, leveraging your understanding of the business problem.

- Make technical decisions aligned with product roadmaps, architecture standards, and management direction.

- Coach, mentor, and monitor the progress of junior team members.

- Direct and focus the efforts of the technical project team.

- Deliver projects and tasks on time, meeting commitments to stakeholders and management.

- Report project and task status during daily scrums to the agile team, product owners, and product managers.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Minimum 4 years of application development experience.

- Proven experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and Lightning framework (4+ years).

- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX, Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience Builder.

- Working experience with Salesforce CPQ.

- Experience with source control systems like Azure DevOps or GIT.

- Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce profiles, permission sets, and objects.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and managed packages.

- Experience delivering solutions in an Agile methodology within a CI/CD environment.

- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

- Strong organizational, planning, and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proven track record of successfully facilitating solutions implementation and leading application development projects.

- Ability to balance competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines consistently.

- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to conduct compelling technical briefings and demonstrations.

- Proficiency in performing effective code reviews and recommending automated review tools for the team.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with the Agile SAFe Framework.

- Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple instances.
