This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all ITIL processes and IT Operations.  Applications close: 5th December 2025 What You Will Do:  Ensure all core ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management) are executed to a high standard.  Achieve and report on SLAs and KPIs, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.  Drive exceptional user experience and high satisfaction scores.  Identify and implement service enhancements for efficiency and reliability.  Manage incidents promptly and conduct root cause analysis for major issues.  Build strong relationships with business units, vendors, and internal teams.  Ensure services comply with policies, regulations and industry standards.  Deliver services within budget while optimizing costs.  Lead and develop a high-performing IT services team.  What We’re Looking For  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.  ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required); Intermediate or Expert level preferred.  Experience:  Proven background in IT service management or service delivery.  Strong understanding of IT Operations.  Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).  Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.  Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and improvement.  Why Join ATCO?  Be part of a global leader driving sustainable energy solutions.  Work in a collaborative, innovative environment that values growth and development.  Competitive remuneration and benefits.  What We Offer   Free onsite parking (Jandakot)   A competitive base salary reflective of your skills and experience with an annual incentive bonus   Salary Sacrifice options   Referral Program  Employee Share Purchase Plan   Access to corporate discounts, including health insurance, banking and fitness clubs.   Access to ATCO's Employee Assistance Program   ATCO fosters an inclusive workplace culture where everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.
